The property, located in San Benedetto di Lugana, is 350 meters away from the nearest beaches of Lake Garda and from the lakeside promenade that leads to the centre of Peschiera (a 2-km walk).
The whole property is covered by free WI-FI connection.
Guests have access to a garden and a terrace with sun loungers. The seasonal pool is available 20 hours a day.
Each apartment has a free covered car park. There is also a closed garage for bicycles (free of charge).

Within walking distance there are restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a post office and a bus stop. 
In summer there is also a special tourist bus line that connects several towns along the lake.
In Peschiera you can also find a train station, which offers the possibility of visiting cities such as Venice or Milan on a daily trip.
In a few kilometres you can reach amusement parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld, Medieval Times, Parco Natura Viva and others.
